I’m Brad, the founder of Bold Notion and your dedicated partner in navigating the digital landscape. With over a decade of hands-on experience leading marketing, e-commerce, and digital innovation, I’ve helped businesses of all sizes grow, adapt, and thrive.

My career has taken me from building start-ups from the ground up, to leading digital strategy for established brands. As Head of Digital Marketing at Comfy Group, I directed full marketing operations, managed a talented digital team, and oversaw website infrastructure projects that boosted customer retention and revenue. Before that, I founded Hey! Smart Home, where I wore every hat from product development to warehouse operations—growing the business into a trusted retail partner for national chains.

Earlier in my career, I spent several years at THG, where I turned around declining business units, launched multiple international e-commerce sites, and scaled revenues into the tens of millions. I’ve also held senior roles focused on innovation, product diversification, and building high-performing teams.
